Standard production takes 15–25 days depending on product complexity and quantity. Custom printing adds approximately 5–7 days. Sea freight to Europe takes 4–6 weeks, air freight 5–10 days, and express delivery 3–7 days. We'll provide a detailed timeline with your quote.

Yes! We offer custom printing on most products including paper cups, pizza boxes, meal boxes, bags and more. Provide your logo and design files (AI, PDF or EPS preferred) and we'll create digital proofs for your approval before production. Pantone colour matching is available.

Absolutely. All our food contact products meet international food safety standards including FDA (US), LFGB (Germany) and EU regulations. We provide test reports and certificates for every product. Our quality control team conducts multi-stage inspections to ensure compliance.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established clients, we can discuss more flexible terms. All transactions are secure and documented.

Yes, we highly recommend samples before bulk ordering. Standard stock samples are free (you pay courier fees). Custom printed samples require a sample fee which is refundable upon placing a bulk order. Sample production takes 5–10 days. This ensures you're completely satisfied with quality, size and printing before committing to a large order.
